The following Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement (the "User Agreement") between Danaco, org. no. 850721-2739 ("Woopboard") on the one hand,
and users and / or purchasers (the "Customer") of Woopboard's services, on the other hand.
Danaco provides the Customer with Woopboard.com (the "Service"), which is a cloud service with a total number of tools for personal planning.
The user agreement is only valid if it has been entered into by a Customer who at the time of the agreement has reached the age of 18 or with a guardian
permission, and in the event that the Customer is a legal person, has been entered into by a competent representative of the legal person.
2. The service
The Service consists of the services, systems, information and products that from time to time appear from the description of the Service on Woopboards
website www.Woopboard.com. Woopboard undertakes that, in accordance with the User Agreement and in the manner described from time to time on Woopboards
website, give the Customer access to the Service via the Internet.
3. Interruptions and errors in service
Woopboard makes no warranty as to the availability or faultlessness of the Service. Interruption, malfunction or error in the Customer Service
detects, must be promptly notified to Woopboard. Woopboard then tries to fix the error to the best of its ability. The customer has the right to

6. Passwords and usage of the Services

the right to use information concerning the Customer collected as above for purposes other than the provision or improvement of the service;
as well as handling error reporting or support matters. Woopboard undertakes to treat such collected information confidentially.
7. Customer responsibilites
The Customer is responsible and shall bear all costs for the Customer to have access to such equipment as is required to gain access
to be able to use the Service to its full capacity, including but not limited to Internet connection as well as hardware and

The Customer undertakes not to use the Service to conduct illegal activities or to upload, publish, e-mail or on
otherwise process or transmit information in violation of applicable law (including but not limited to information that may be considered
constitute incitement against ethnic groups, child pornography offenses, libel, insult, incitement, unlawful dispersal of violence and / or infringement of copyright
or other intellectual property law or violation of the Personal Data Act), or which may otherwise be perceived as threatening, offensive,
racist, harassing, offensive, vulgar and / or indecent or intrusive.
The Customer may also not use the Service in a way that could damage Woopboard or the reputation of Woopboard's trademarks. The customer undertakes to

The Customer does not have the right to use information in the Service or space on Woopboard's servers for purposes other than the use of the Service

8. Intellectual property

9. Price and payments

12. Contract period and Termination
This User Agreement enters into force on the day of the Customer's subscription of the Service by registration via Woopboard's website.

13. Force Majeure

Messages under this Agreement will be sent by Woopboard primarily to the e-mail address specified by the Customer. The customer is therefore obliged to
make sure that the e-mail address and other contact information are always correct and up to date. The customer must leave any messages to
Woopboard through the e-mail address stated on the website for the Service or in the form set up for the purpose on the website for the Service.
15. Changes to this agreement
Woopboard reserves the right to change, add or remove features of the Service at any time and to unilaterally change, make additions
to and otherwise adjust the terms of this User Agreement and its annexes. Woopboard shall inform the Customer, via the Service, on Woopboard's website or
by e-mail to the e-mail address specified by the Customer, if such changes in the terms of the User Agreement and / or such significant
changes in the Service being implemented.
In the event that the Customer does not accept such a material change to the Service or the terms of the User Agreement, the Customer shall have the right to
within thirty (30) days of Woopboard notifying Customer of the changes, terminate the User Agreement until immediately terminated.
Customer who has not terminated the User Agreement no later than thirty (30) days after Woopboard has been notified of the changes shall be considered
have accepted the changes.
16. Applicable law
Swedish law shall apply to this Agreement. Any disputes arising out of this User Agreement or the Service shall be final
decided in a Swedish general court.
